We have some exciting news to share…our family is growing!
On July 22nd, 2020, we’ll begin welcoming patients at our new comprehensive fertility and IVF center in the Lowcountry.
Since 2013, Dr. Stephanie Singleton and her team at the Fertility Center of Charleston have provided patients an opportunity for compassionate and individualized care in the Lowcountry. Dr. Singleton will return to her home state of Georgia next month and we at PREG are excited to announce that, as of July 22, 2020, we’ll assume operations of her practice and facility as we launch our Lowcountry center – but that’s just the beginning.
Ongoing is construction of an 8,000 sq. ft. fertility, IVF, and surgery center in the heart of Nexton, just outside of Summerville. This is a vibrant area of growth that will allow easy access for patients throughout the Lowcountry, and beyond. Transition of care will be seamless for Dr. Singleton’s patients and we’ll immediately begin welcoming new patients as of the above date.
Dr. Tarnawa is excited to lead our Lowcountry center, a region that’s always been special to him. If you’re one of his patients in Columbia, please don’t worry. He’ll continue to see patients at our Columbia center, but on a more limited basis. Nexton is an easy drive from the Columbia area, and those of you more familiar with Dr. Tarnawa will have the option of seeing him in our Lowcountry center on dates he’s unavailable in Columbia or transitioning your care to one of his full-time colleagues in Columbia, Drs. Karenne Fru and Lisa Cookingham. Please don’t hesitate to contact us if you have any questions.
This is an exciting time for PREG, and we’re honored to have the opportunity to expand upon Dr. Singleton’s mission as we feel that patients in the Lowcountry seeking comprehensive fertility treatment deserve an option where individualism is appreciated, family is valued, and exceptional care is standard.
