Financing options are available, no question is too small, and we’re ready to serve as your advocate to find a financial plan that works for you.
PREG’s IVF Refund Program.
PREG is proud to offer our patients an IVF refund program. If your IVF treatment doesn’t result in a viable pregnancy, we’ll refund up to 50% of your fees on a 3-cycle plan and up to 25% on a 1-cycle plan. We use the Univfy PreIVF Report to predict each individual patient’s IVF success, helping you build your family with confidence and peace of mind.

Insurance
We understand that the perception of the cost of fertility treatments may seem overwhelming. However, in many cases, treatments are often covered under most insurance providers and employers. PREG works diligently to contract with all major insurance carriers and will make every effort to get your treatments and medications covered within your insurance plan. Did you know that 80% of our patients have insurance that covers their new patient consultation and diagnostic testing? At PREG, we proudly contract with most insurance carriers and are a Progyny network provider. Check with your HR department or contact us today. All South Carolina state employees covered under the State Health Plan have $15,000 in fertility benefits per lifetime.

Financing & Grants
PatientFi
PatientFi provides financing for medical services not covered by insurance. Through our partnership, we have negotiated an offer exclusive to PREG patients, of 0% financing for six months. This is an exciting opportunity that has been very well received and helpful for our patients. You may also learn more about PatientFi’s lending program on the EngagedMD teaching modules. The Samantha & Kyle Busch Bundle of Joy Fund
The Samantha & Kyle Busch Bundle of Joy Fund is an organization that awards monetary grants to in-need families struggling with infertility. These funds are specific to IVF treatment received from a partnering fertility clinic such as PREG. Please see application for eligible treatment and services.
The following restrictions apply:
- You must have a diagnosis of infertility from a partnering fertility clinic.
- You must be a legal permanent US resident.
- You must be 18 years of age or older.
Applications are submitted directly to PREG and once verified, The Samantha & Kyle Busch Bundle of Joy Fund will be responsible for the final review of all applications and will make the decision as to who will receive funding.

Complete applications including the $35 application fee, cover letters, and all requested documentation are required for processing. Incomplete applications or those received without the application fee will not be processed. Late applications cannot be accepted. Application fees will not be refunded if a grant is not awarded. Oncofertility Programs
We understand that those going through fertility preservation prior to cancer treatment are facing an incredibly challenging and stressful time. Through the relationship we have built with Livestrong, as well as partnerships with multiple pharmacies and manufacturers, financial assistance is available.
- Livestrong- The Livestrong Fertility Discount Program has partnered with compassionate fertility centers across the country who have committed to providing at least a 25% discount to their services (egg freezing or embryo banking) for qualifying patients. In addition, they partner with EMD Serono to provide free IVF medications to patients approved through their program. Learn more here.
- Verna’s Purse- Verna’s Purse is a program offered through ReproTech that assists with discounted long-term storage fees for frozen eggs, embryos, and sperm. Learn more at Verna’s Purse Financial Aid.
- Serono Compassionate Care- Many of the pharmacies we work with offer compassionate care programs for patients, and some pharmacies offer up to a 20% discount specifically to PREG patients.
Active Military and Veterans
At PREG, we honor and support our active military and veterans with specialized fertility programs. We proudly offer discounted IVF services, work with EMD Serono to provide more affordable fertility medications through the Serono Compassionate Corps, and are TRICARE preferred providers.
