BUILDS A FAMILY
Not all paths towards family are the same, and some are more challenging to navigate than others, but we have the experience and resources to make the process smooth and transparent, no matter what yours may be.
Support is key, and for those pursuing egg/embryo donation or utilization of a gestational carrier, you can expect individualized guidance and support from our dedicated 3rd party reproduction coordinator, Lindsay Polowczuk, who we couldn’t feel more fortunate to have as a part of the team at PREG. Her experience, enthusiasm, diligence, and attention to detail is unmatched, and a highlight of the experience you can expect at PREG. Emotional and interpersonal challenges are sometimes difficult to fully anticipate, and, for that reason, it’s important to us to help coordinate pre-treatment counseling with a licensed professional who has special interest in and a great deal of experience with reproductive matters. Legal counseling, planning, and representation often becomes essential, and coordination with professionals who know exactly how to meet your needs is an integrated part of the treatment experience at PREG.

FOR SINGLE MEN AND GAY MALE COUPLES
Fertility treatment is uniquely multi-faceted for single men or those in gay relationships, and we at PREG hope that, rather than being intimidated by the seeming complexity, you will schedule an appointment to discuss the process and your options. In addition to offering a donor egg program, we work with all accredited egg donor agencies and donor egg banks as well as gestational carrier agencies and have the legal resources to coordinate the process, no matter the state in which you may live.
FOR SINGLE WOMEN AND LESBIAN COUPLES
Women in same-sex relationships have a multitude of options when it comes to building or adding to your family, and we’re here to assist you in determining what option is ideal. Treatment typically involves utilization of donor sperm (from known donors or via accredited donor sperm banks), and we encourage you to schedule an appointment to discuss the nuances of the process. Regarding utilization of donor sperm, treatment may be relatively simple when it comes to donor insemination or more complex (but also more efficient) when IVF is featured in a treatment plan. When it comes to IVF, even more options arise, including traditional IVF (eggs from one woman/member of a couple with the same to carry the pregnancy) and reciprocal/co-IVF (eggs from one member of a couple with a plan for the other to carry the pregnancy. With either, intravaginal culture (featuring INVOcell®) may be considered, which offers an opportunity for cost savings. As you can see, the options are many, and we’re ready to help you learn more.
FOR TRANSGENDER INDIVIDUALS
For individuals who have already undergone or are planning transition or couples with at least one member being transgender, reproductive considerations are important and the options many. Both egg and sperm banking are available at PREG along with a comprehensive range of reproductive treatment options.
