Dr. Rouleau completed her fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility at the Medical College of Georgia, where her research centered on the role of estrogen receptor beta in unexplained infertility. She earned her MD and PhD in Biochemistry and Molecular Pharmacology from Jefferson Medical College in Philadelphia and completed her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Emory University, where she was recognized with top honors for both clinical excellence and research.
Dr. Rouleau has authored publications and presentations on ovarian aging, polycystic ovarian syndrome, and the molecular mechanisms of infertility, and she has contributed a book chapter on fertility management in women over 40. She values honesty and open communication and believes patients deserve the knowledge they need to make confident decisions. Her approach centers on shared decision-making, ensuring that each patient feels empowered and supported in their journey to building a family. Dr. Rouleau is passionate about helping individuals and couples achieve their family-building goals, and her unique background in both molecular research and reproductive medicine allows her to offer patients a rare blend of scientific expertise and compassionate personalized care.
Originally from the Northeast but now happily transplanted to the South, Dr. Rouleau has traded snow shovels for sunny Southern living. At home, she keeps busy with her husband and two children—often found experimenting in the kitchen, getting in the pool every chance she can, or joining in on her kids’ latest adventures from Pokémon cards and Minecraft to mini golf and shooting hoops. Just as she cherishes building memories with her own family, she is honored to help others take the first steps toward building theirs.
