I am 1 in 8. We already had a beautiful, healthy daughter before beginning our journey with infertility but I suffer from secondary infertility. My husband and I tried to conceive naturally for several months before contacting my OBGYN to inform her that I suspected an issue with fertility. She prescribed me Clomid and I tried many medicated, unsuccessful cycles before being referred to PREG. Through the initial PREG testing, I learned that my left Fallopian tube was closed. I had surgery to remove that tube. I was then prescribed Femara and we tried timed intercourse. Unfortunately, I suffered an ectopic pregnancy in my right Fallopian tube. That ectopic pregnancy caused me to also lose my right Fallopian tube. Losing both of my Fallopian tubes left IVF as our only option to grow our family. We had our FET in November 2018 and a couple weeks later we learned that it was SUCCESSFUL! We transferred 2 embryos and they both took! We are now 25 weeks pregnant with twins and they are very healthy! We can’t wait for July and we are so thankful for all of the staff at PREG and all they did for us! Please, please, please don’t give up! This is a picture of my husband and I during one of my procedures. He was with me every step of the way and was so encouraging! He never let me lose hope!”
