Dr. Joe Hammond is a licensed clinical psychologist with over 25 years of clinical experience in Greenville, SC. Dr. Hammond obtained his B.A., Summa Cum Laude, from Clemson University and his Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from Southern Illinois University at Carbondale where he received a Doctoral Dissertation Research Award. He works with people struggling to cope with life, who may have depression, anxiety, interpersonal conflict, substance use, or other mental health conditions. His approach is eclectic, with an emphasis on humanistic and cognitive-behavioral methods. He works with couples and women coping with infertility. He provides psychological consultation to the Piedmont Reproductive Endocrinology Group (PREG).
