This fertility clinic is amazing! Our journey to finally becoming pregnant was not easy by any means but the doctors/staff at PREG were amazing, especially Stephanie. She answered any questions I had and made sure I was being handled with the best care possible. If it wasn’t for PREG I would still be trying unsuccessfully to get pregnant. They made our dream a reality. Definitely recommend them to any couple looking to start a family!
Dr. McCoy helped us become parents! We are forever thankful. The staff is amazing! Mikayla put up with all of my nonsense emails and always got back to me right away. Dr. McCoy was so happy for us! You can tell he truly wants to help. We will be using him again if we decide to do another embryo transfer. Our first transfer resulted in our little boy.
We were sent to PREG after 2+ years of trying to conceive. The first time we met with Dr. McCoy I was automatically comforted by his in depth questions and answers to our fertility problems. We had testing done and thankfully got pregnant easily with their help. I cannot say enough great things about this office! Every phlebotomist, nurse, office staff, and physician were extremely professional and personable. I’m thankful we’ve been discharged from their care. I 100% would drive 2 hours to be seen by their office throughout my pregnancy if that was an option.
Our IVF journey was a wonderful experience. The entire team (doctors, nurses, financial advisors) really made the IVF process so much easier on us and explained everything as we went along so we knew exactly what to expect. I felt very supported and our IVF coordinator, Mikayla, was always available for any questions and was really great to work with. This team has made our dreams come true and we will forever be grateful! I would highly recommend PREG for anyone struggling with fertility. I know when it’s time for our second go around we will definitely be coming back to PREG!
I have had nothing but incredible experiences here. My husband and I came from another clinic to get a second opinion and were met with empathy and care. Every nurse is so thoughtful and the doctors truly care. They make your experience seamless from start to finish and make each exam or procedure feel not so scary. Had my first HSG today and it was painless – don’t read the online forums!
The care and compassion we received from check in to check out was exceptional. Every person we interacted with was kind, empathetic, and incredibly knowledgeable for our many questions. I would more than recommend this practice to anyone who is seeking reproductive/infertility care – the doctor took her time with us, provided us literature to take home and read over, and provided us with some invaluable hope. The financial counselor, Tamara, was the last person we interacted with and even though she was not clinical she made us laugh and smile when all I wanted to do was cry. Having this resource so close to home is truly a blessing.
We have had the best experience with PREG, Dr. Tarnawa, and his entire staff. I would recommend them to anyone with fertility needs/concerns. Leslie at the front desk is such a calming presence, and is so lovely every time you walk in the front door. Jenn, has never missed a blood draw for me… not even once. Katie and Crystal are truly angels on earth. The entire office is quick, knowledgeable, and efficient. Dr. Tarnawa is so smart, and does such a good job explaining everything. While no one wants to suffer from infertility, we couldn’t have received better care. Again, I would highly recommend.
Seamless experience at PREG lowcountry. Dr. Snow and staff took great care of me. A thorough health history check and lab work was taken. We started working through the least invasive testing to rule out things and then was presented options to move forward. With only one round of medication we achieved our miracle baby delivered this year. I would not hesitate to refer anyone here in the future.
Dr Tarnawa and his team were absolutely amazing! They were knowledgeable and caring. I knew what my plan was every step of the way. I always had all of my questions and concerns answered in a timely manner. My nurse Katie was always available through email and if she happened to be off, another nurse in the office would email back. Dr. Tarnawa did not skip any steps and made sure we were well informed with our treatment plan. I would recommend this clinic to everyone!
I have nothing but positive things to say about the care I received at PREG. Every single person I interacted with was so kind, knowledgeable and quick to respond to any questions I had. Dr Tarnawa is an amazing doctor and I would highly recommend him to anyone going through fertility issues in the Charleston area.
We can’t thank everyone enough for the care, the hospitality and the hard work that Dr. Tarnawa and the entire staff in Summerville was amazing. After so many failures with other clinics we decided to try a different office and we are so glad we did. Dr. Tarnawa was personable, professional and solved our problem immediately. Dr. Tarnawa and the entire staff you know they really do care about you! I highly recommend this office! Thank you again! We will forever be grateful for Dr. Tarnawa and the team. We welcomed our healthy son on October 28, 2022!!! Our family is now complete!
Dr. Tarnawa and all of the staff at PREG are amazing. We have had impeccable care from the first day we started at the clinic. We are expecting our PREG miracle in June 2023. Even though we had many options closer home to us, we made the choice to drive over 3 hours one way because of the compassion and care we received at PREG by everyone. We highly recommend PREG! They truly care about each person and they are sensitive to your unique needs. I would give more than 5 stars if you could!
I can’t say enough wonderful things about the entire office. We saw Dr.Tarnawa and Katie was our nurse. She was so attentive, responded quickly and helped put us at ease throughout the entire process. Dr. Tarnawa was knowledgeable and provided excellent patient care from start to finish. We went to another local fertility office first and had quite the opposite experience. Thank you so much PREG! And most importantly, yes, we are pregnant!
My PREG miracles, we are currently 26 weeks pregnant with twins: boy and girl. I love to feel them kicking and moving. I love seeing them grown into little babies faces that will soon be in our arms. We worked with PREG since 2017 and finally got pregnant with our two embryos that transferred and stuck September 2021. We got pregnant on our 3rd transfer. In between those transfers, we had a few failed cycles that did not make it to a transfer, and I had a few surgeries in between for severe endometriosis. This journey will not go as you planned and is extremely hard on all aspects. I will forever be grateful to Lindsay and Dr. McCoy and including every one who works at PREG for never giving up hope in us even when I had no hope or mental strength left.
Not gonna lie, I might have shed a few tears walking down these stairs for the Last time most likely in my life😭! These wonderful doctors, nurses, and staff have been by my side since 2008, 13 years!!!! They have seen me bawl my eyes out, they have held my hand when I didn’t want to be put to sleep because I knew my twins would be gone when I woke up. They have waited by my side the 10 minute or maybe extra 20 minutes lol after an IUI just to be sure lol! 🤣 they’ve loved on us when we didn’t hear those heartbeats. But what they ultimately did was come along side us, be the hands and feet of God and walk the road of infertility with us and helped facilitate bringing us the two most beautiful children into this world for us! I don’t think they realize what their love and their daily dedication does for us and changes our whole life! Thank you Preg , thank you , for being Jesus’ hands and feet. And I pray God blesses your practice so tremendously! Giving Dr Nichols a hug goodbye today felt like hugging family and I just cant say enough praise about an entire team.
Seriously LOVE PREG Lowcountry office!! Dr. Tarnawa, Courtney, and every single person I met at the office was amazing. During my egg retrieval I was obviously super emotional and when the pain meds hit, man I was crying and a mess. I wish I remember the nurses name, but she held my hands and wiped my tears and was my angel through it all. Courtney would literally answer every call and email I sent, and I sent a lot of them, and she was so patient and amazing. We did IVF and our first round was successful. We are due this June and if we can’t conceive naturally for our next baby, even if we move out of state, we will be coming back to PREG Lowcountry. The front desk lady is a charm, the woman who drew my blood was fun and nice, and everyone else was just fantastic. It was so sad to say goodbye when we graduated!
My husband and I have been together over 10 years now, and we moved up to S.C. from Florida almost 5 years ago, and had been ttc for almost 4 years with no luck. My husband’s coworker suggested we check out PREG because they had their miracle baby with their help. Our first appointment was in January 2019, and by August we were pregnant through an IUI with our perfect baby boy. We just celebrated our first Christmas as a family, something we have been dreaming of for so long! He will be 8 months in a few weeks, and we couldn’t be more grateful or feel more blessed that we found PREG. ❤️???
My husband and I tried to conceive for 2 years before we were referred to PREG. We started our PREG journey in July of 2018. In February 2019, we began the IVF process and on May 4, 2019, we found out we were finally expecting a little peanut! ? Our perfect girl was born January 15, 2020 and we just celebrated her FIRST Christmas! After 2 Christmases with empty hearts, PREG helped us make this one the most special! ❤️ We are so incredibly thankful for Dr. McCoy and all of the staff at PREG Spartanburg and Greenville!
My husband and I started dating in 2016. My tubes were tied as I already had 3 children and at the time didn’t want any more. Well, I had my tubes untied in September 2016. I had 3 miscarriages between October 2016 and October 2017. I got pregnant again in November 2017, unfortunately it was ectopic and I ended up losing a tube. We were heartbroken. We were referred to PREG. After a heartbreaking round of IVF that didn’t take, we decided to try one last time. That second time took and our life hasn’t been the same since! We lost my husbands brother to suicide in February 2019 and our precious rainbow baby was born almost a year to the day his uncle passed. We love Greenville PREG so much! Without y’all we wouldn’t have him! Garland Derk born February 5, 2020
When Stanley and I found out that we couldn’t conceive kids on our own our hearts were broken and we felt like there was no hope! We sat down with Dr McCoy and he explained every option and we first learned then about embryo adoption. We had no idea there was such a thing but we did our research and we PRAYED…went with our heart and put ourselves on the adoption list. We adopted 2 embryos December of 2019. Oh how my heart can’t thank the donor parents enough for donating those 2 precious embryos. Without them I wouldn’t be writing this story of HOPE for others! March 2020 I had my transfer and IT TOOK THE FIRST TIME!! Jesus hears every single prayer and we are so BLESSED! November 6, 2020 I gave birth to the most beautiful baby boy! This miracle could not have happened without Dr McCoy and the PREG Greenville staff! We can’t thank you guys enough!!
My husband and I began not trying, but not preventing pregnancy back in 2010/2011. We were young but we knew we wanted a baby eventually. At 22 and 23, we were informed after two false positive pregnancy tests that I was not going to be able to get pregnant as I suffer from anovulation as well as a (comparatively) mild case of PCOS. Once we took Clomid to assist with ovulation, I still didn’t get pregnant. We ended up having my husband’s sperm count tested and as it turned out, he had a 0 sperm count. There were no living or dead, just a lack of. After long waits and lots of testing, he was diagnosed with CBAVD, meaning he had been born without his vas defrens. His sperm, thankfully healthy inside the testicles, are not able to get out. Through a removal procedure and subsequent medications, he had 6 vials of sperm removed and I had 17 eggs retrieved, four of which turned into viable embryos. We/ got to watch Dr. Payne put two embryos in on January 7th, 2016 and on the 12th, I saw my first actual positive! We had twins but lost one about 8.5 weeks in, though we had a great success having one baby on our first go. Our Maverick is just over 4 now and we miscarried a set of twins earlier this year from a FET but haven’t given up hope of giving him a sibling at some point. We don’t know how to thank PREG, Dr. Payne, and the entire staff for helping us reach our dream!
We have these two sweet boys thanks to PREG IVF. Diagnosed with PCOS, we went through clomid/femara with OB-GYN, 4 rounds of IUI at another clinic and then came to PREG. My husband and I have said over and over how thankful we are to have gone to PREG. We did one round of IVF and got several viable embryos. We were so blessed to have gotten these two boys from the first two we put in! We love the staff at PREG greenville!
This is our miracle rainbow baby boy Waylon who will be 1 year old in just about 6 weeks. It took us 3 years to get to this point. My husband was found to have fertility factors and was treated with clomid. I was diagnosed with diminished ovarian reserve at 27. We tried IUI but were unsuccessful. We then became pregnant prior to starting IVF but sadly miscarried at 7.5 weeks. A few months later, we decided to revisit IVF. This time around, I took a positive home pregnancy test one week after our embryo transfer. Our precious little boy was born on February 12th, 2020. It’s amazing how things work out because this was the due date for our little one that we miscarried with just one year before. We are so thankful to God for our miracle and for the staff at PREG-Asheville, especially Dr. Nichols and Mikayla Carver. You helped make our dreams come true! ???❤?
Hello my name is Raegan-Lynn I felt it was time to introduce myself! Although I am still in mommy’s tummy I know there are lot of people, who prayed, shared and donated to make this possible, so thank you!! Mommy has had a couple scary moments; there is a scientific word that we are dealing with but we want to speak a happy healthy delivery into existence! I am just going to keep fighting and doing flips in mommy’s tummy so she knows I am still here. I suck my thumb sometimes but mom doesn’t like it lol. I love when she feeds me Slim Jim’s, Taco Bell , Zaxby’s salad’s with extra cucumbers and loaded fries. Yummy!!! I also love all the kisses daddy gives me in the morning, and when my big sister daps mommy’s belly. But of course mommy doesn’t like it, lol. Hi big sis. Well that’s all for now. I am going jump around a little then go to bed. If you could continue to say a prayer for me and my family that will be amazing! I look forward to meeting you all. ❤️ I’m 1in8 #ivfwarrior #ivfsuccess #ivfbaby #ivfjourney 3rd times a charm!!! Brad Miller Raionna Johnson thank you Seriyah Amunet Young for coming through with the shirts!! Thank you Alcine Marie for the announcement onesie that my family received we’ve so blessed and thankful!! Thank you Piedmont Reproductive Endocrinology Group (PREG) for making our dreams come true!!!
My husband and I were very young when we discovered we could not get pregnant naturally.
We were 21 and 22, and very much wanting to start a family of our own, when we were informed that the chances did not look good. I was not ovulating. We tried medication, I ovulated, we still were not pregnant. A few years later, we found out why. My husband was born with an issue that, according to research that I have one, only accounts for 1-2 percent of all male infertility issues. He and I researched fertility clinics in and around our area and finally settled on PREG. We are so thankful that we did.
From day one, before we ever had an appointment, we were contacted by staff at PREG and asked how we were doing, if we had any questions, things of the like. Throughout our time, we worked with every doctor there, though we were officially Dr. Payne’s patients. PREG became our second family; we saw them roughly every other day for months! All of the staff were amazing.
Dr. Payne never gave us false hope but also kept us positive. He was up front with me about my weight being a factor, but also told me that there was otherwise no reason I would not be able to eventually have a healthy pregnancy. He told us that there was a chance we would miscarry after our hCG numbers went down, but that it could also just mean we had lost one of our twins. Every step of the way, we were told exactly what to expect, what could happen, and the little details of everything. It was very reassuring.
We were successful in our first round of IVF, and though that doesn’t always happen, we are extremely grateful for the experience! We introduced our sweet Maverick Wyatt on September 25, 2016.
My wife and I dreamed of starting a family for many years, and always felt as if it were out of reach. We were introduced to PREG-Asheville and everything changed. From the very first moment we met with Dr. Holman and the rest of the PREG-Asheville staff we knew we would accomplish our dream. Everyone at the office is incredible; they truly are invested in helping you accomplish your dream. They take the stress out of everything and clearly walk you through each step of the process. Each staff member is invested in your journey, which makes a huge difference when undergoing fertility treatments. The office is accessible and has weekend and after hour appointments. Everyone is knowledgeable and you can easily trust their opinions and suggestions. We also found PREG’s pricing for treatments to be much more cost effective than we had imagined.
PREG and the staff there gave us our world. In January we welcomed our precious son into this world, and we couldn’t have accomplished this without everyone at PREG-Asheville. Words can’t explain how thankful we are to everyone involved with our journey, and how strongly we recommend PREG to anyone seeking assistance with accomplishing their dreams of having a family. Taking the first step of meeting with PREG changed our lives.
Dear Dr. Travis McCoy,
There are no words to express how grateful my husband and I are for everything you have done for us. The care and support we received from you and your staff is incomparable. This process has definitely not been easy, but you and your amazing staff went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. Your passion for what you do truly shines through in the way you care for your patients. Your professionalism, sensitivity, and patience made us feel as if we were your top priority despite all your other patients. We were so blessed to have had you as our doctor and for giving us hope as we start this emotional journey. Thank you for making our dreams come true. We can’t wait to meet our little miracle in April!
From the bottom of our hearts, thank you
Our preg miracles are these bottom two- the top one came as an “all natural” surprise! Our story started out a lot like most patients that come through your doors. As a newly married couple, my husband and I decided we were ready to be parents… but month after month, no baby came. We did get pregnant on our own, in 2009 and our hearts were broken 20 weeks into our pregnancy when we lost him. It was just over 4 years from the time we decided to be parents, when we finally held our babies in our arms. Our twins were 1 when we found out we were pregnant again… this time all on our own!!! We didn’t even know what to do at first… so we called PREG and they let us come in for our blood test. What a blessing to share that miracle with y’all! God has an amazing sense of humor! 4 years of praying for a baby and just a short time later, our hearts are so beyond full! Thank you so much Dr. Nichols and everyone at PREG for helping us have a family!
One year ago today, we walked into PREG Greenville to do our first of what we assumed would be many IUI’s. We were scared, nervous, hopeful, and anxious among the other flood of emotions we had. There aren’t words for how thankful my husband and I are for everyone that took care of us that day. Megan and Kristina were the absolute best and we will always be thankful for them! We entered that morning fearful and anxious but left laughing and hopeful. On December 26, 2016, we got our positive! And on September 4, 2017, we got our miracle! There will never be enough words to thank you all for all you have done for us! We wouldn’t have our family and our perfect baby girl if not for all you all did! From the bottom of our hearts… Thank you! Thank you! Thank you
Love these 3 “beautiful friends” and the WHOLE, ENTIRE Greenville, SC staff. I visited and saw them more than my family members and very closest friends for a period of YEARSsssssss!!!!! I knew visit after visit, if anyone in the whole world knew how a family really feels that wants a baby so badly to love, it’s all these precious employees at Piedmont Reproductive Endocrinology Group (PREG)! I can never thank y’all enough for helping us through one of the toughest journeys in our lives. May each of you be richly blessed in your professional and everyday lives. And a most special shout out to the baby’s “Godmother Jackie” who prayed with us and for us….I’M GONNA BE A NANA and you absolutely know I CAN NOT WAIT !!!!!!!!!!!!!! <3
